Privacy policy
What Logica HQ does with the information you send us, in the order you are likely to care about it. Last updated 4 September 2026.
If you contact us
The enquiry form, and nothing else.
The form on our contact page asks for your name, your email address, and your message. Company name and what you need are optional. We use them for one thing: replying to you, and any conversation that follows.
The form sends that straight to our inbox as an email. There is no database behind it and no marketing list — you are not subscribed to anything by sending it. We keep the email for as long as the enquiry is live, and for as long as we are working together afterwards. Ask us to delete it and we will.
The legal basis is our legitimate interest in answering people who ask us a question, and performance of a contract once you become a client.
If you just visit
Two kinds of analytics, only one of which asks.
Google Analytics is off until you allow it. No analytics cookie is set, and the Google tag is told to store nothing, until you press Allow analytics on the banner. If you decline, or ignore the banner entirely, it stays off — declining is the default state, not something you have to achieve. Advertising, ad personalisation and ad-user-data signals are switched off permanently and are never turned on by any choice on this site. We do not advertise to you, build profiles, or sell anything to anyone.
Your choice is stored in your browser’s local storage, not in a cookie — a cookie recording your answer would be the very thing the question is about. It stays on the device you made it on, so choosing on your laptop does not choose for your phone.
Page and performance analytics run without cookies. We use Vercel Analytics and Speed Insights to count page views and measure how fast pages load. They set no cookies, do not identify you, cannot follow you to other sites, and produce aggregate numbers only. Because they cannot identify anyone they do not require consent — but you should know they are there, which is why they are written down here.
Our host also keeps ordinary server logs, including IP addresses, for security and to keep the site running.
Who else sees it
Three suppliers, each doing one job.
Vercel
Hosting, plus the cookieless page and performance analytics described above.
Google (Analytics 4)
Site analytics. Only ever runs after you press Allow analytics.
Resend
Delivers the enquiry form as an email to our inbox. It is a mail transport, not a CRM.
Each of these processes data on our instructions, under its own contract. Some operate outside the UK, and where that happens the transfer is covered by the safeguards in their terms. We do not sell or rent personal data to anybody, and we do not share it for advertising.
Where Google Analytics is concerned, Google retains the aggregated data according to the retention period set on our property. We cannot delete data from your visit that was never collected in the first place — which, if you declined, is all of it.
Your rights
What you can ask us to do.
Ask what personal data we hold about you, and get a copy of it.
Ask us to correct anything that is wrong.
Ask us to delete it.
Ask us to stop using it, or object to a particular use.
Withdraw your analytics consent at any time. The control above does this immediately.
Ask through the contact form and we will answer within one month, which is the deadline UK GDPR sets. If you are not happy with how we handle it you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk. We would rather you told us first, but it is your right either way.
Logica HQ is the data controller for everything described on this page. If we change how any of it works, we change this page in the same breath and move the date at the top.
