What's included
What's actually included in a website build?
Design and build, on-page and local SEO, Google Business Profile setup, citations, backlinks, schema/structured data, AI-search visibility (llms.txt and AI-crawler access), analytics and tracking, copywriting, and hosting and maintenance on a retainer. How is this different from just hiring a web designer?
We don't sell “a website” — we sell a site that ranks, gets found, and converts attention into booked work. A designer hands you something that looks good and leaves; that's one sub-service here, not the whole job.
Do you handle SEO too, or just design?

How long does a build take?
We haven't published a fixed timeline — it depends on scope, a single site is a different build to site plus local SEO plus schema plus AEO. We'll give you a real timeline once we know what you need, not a generic figure everyone quotes.
Do I need to already have branding or content?
No. Copywriting is part of this pillar, and we can work with branding you already have or keep it simple if you don't.
What happens after launch — do you just hand it over?
Hosting and maintenance are available on a retainer if you want us to keep running it. If you'd rather take it in-house once it's live, that's fine too.

Will this actually get found — on Google, and on AI search?
That's the point of the SEO and AEO sub-services: page structure, schema, and explicit AI-crawler access (llms.txt) so tools like ChatGPT and Google AI can find and cite the site, not just Google's classic search results.
What if I want to leave — do I own the site?
Yes. The build is yours — repo access and hosting can move to an account you control. Ongoing hosting/maintenance is only ever on a retainer you can stop; it was never a condition of owning the site itself.
