AI automation agency · UK
AI automation for UK businesses
- AI receptionist
- Quoting
- Follow-up
- CRM
Logica HQ is a UK AI automation agency, though we call ourselves an AI engineering firm, because we build every system ourselves. We automate the work that eats your day: answering calls, replying to enquiries, drafting quotes, chasing them, tracking jobs and raising invoices, inside the software you already use.
It runs alongside whoever answers your phone and inbox today. It doesn't replace anyone. It catches what a busy team can't get to, the moment it happens.

The proof
See what's leaking before you commit.
Every engagement starts with a plain look at what's actually happening to your enquiries today — the missed calls, the quotes that go quiet — so you see exactly what we'd fix before anything goes live.

FAQ
Questions, answered straight.
Choosing an AI automation agency
How much does AI automation cost in the UK?
It depends on three things: how many systems the automation has to connect, how much judgement it needs (a fixed rule is cheaper than reading and understanding an email), and how many messages, calls or minutes it runs through each month. We don't publish prices because of that, but you get a fixed price for the build before any work starts, and running costs are set out separately.
Do I need an agency, or can I do it myself with Zapier or n8n?
If it's one tool passing data to another in a straight line, do it yourself; Zapier and n8n are good at that. An agency earns its fee when the automation has to read messy inputs like emails and calls, touch several systems, cope with things going wrong, and keep working when nobody's watching.
What's the difference between an AI automation agency and an AI consultant?
A consultant tells you where AI would help. An automation agency builds it. We do both: the first look is a free audit, and what we recommend is what we then build.
How do I tell if an AI automation agency is any good?
Ask to see something they built running, ask who owns the accounts and code when you leave, and ask what they'd tell you not to automate. A good agency says no to some of your list.
What we actually do
What does "AI Automation" actually mean here — is this a chatbot?
No — a chat agent lives under Custom Agents. This pillar is the set of modules that catch what would otherwise leak: missed-call text-back, speed-to-lead response, quote follow-up, review requests, reminders and no-show recovery, reactivation, CRM and workflow automation, sequences, and reporting.
Which automations should I start with?
Usually missed-call text-back and speed-to-lead — those close the two fastest, cheapest leaks: calls that go unanswered and forms that sit in an inbox overnight.
Can I buy just one module, like missed-call text-back, without the rest?
Yes. Every module in this pillar is sold individually or bundled — you're not buying a package deal to get the one thing you actually need.
Working with you
Does this replace my staff, or work alongside them?
Alongside. It runs next to whoever answers your phones and inbox today — it catches what they miss, it doesn't replace them.
How quickly can this be up and running?
Depends on which modules and what you're already using for calls, forms and CRM. We'll give you a real timeline once we've seen your setup, not a generic one.
Technical & security
Does this connect to my existing CRM or phone system?
If it has an API, we connect to it. CRM automation and integration, and connecting the client's existing tools, are core to this pillar — you're not being asked to switch systems to use it.
What if I want to leave — do I own what's built?
The automations run on your tools, or ones set up in your name, so they stay yours and keep working if you stop the retainer — you're not locked into a system that vanishes the day you leave.
How do I know the automation won't mishandle my customer enquiries?
Nothing goes live until you've seen it and approved every message it sends in your name. Every engagement starts with a plain look at what's actually happening to your enquiries today — the missed calls, the quotes that go quiet — so you see exactly what we'd fix before anything goes live.
