Services

Websites, automation and AI agents for UK small businesses.

Three services that work as one system: a site that gets you found, automation that makes sure no enquiry is missed, and custom agents for the problems off-the-shelf tools can’t solve.

We work with service businesses that live on enquiries: trades, clinics, studios, professional firms and online shops. Buy one service or all three. Most businesses start with whichever is costing them the most work right now.

Websites · AI Automation · Custom Agents

What each service covers.

If people can’t find you, start with Websites. If enquiries arrive but calls go unanswered and quotes go quiet, start with AI Automation. If the problem is specific to how your business works, that’s Custom Agents.

  • Get found and convert

    Websites

We don't sell “a website,” we sell a site that ranks, gets found, and converts attention into booked work.

    • Design & build: Fast, modern, mobile-first, built to drive enquiries.
    • SEO: Page structure, copy, meta, internal linking, technical SEO.
    • Local SEO: Service pages, location pages, NAP consistency.

  • Run it without you

    AI Automation

We make sure no enquiry, quote, or customer ever slips through the cracks — automatically.

    • Missed-call text-back: Every unanswered call gets an instant text.
    • Speed-to-lead: Form fills get an automated reply within a minute.
    • Quote follow-up: Automated chase sequences on unconverted quotes.

  • Build what doesn't exist yet

    Custom Agents

When a business needs something that doesn't exist yet, we build it — a custom AI agent or system tailored to how they actually work.

    • AI receptionist: Answers, qualifies, and books calls 24/7.
    • Chat agents: An on-site assistant trained on the client's knowledge base, connected to their systems.
    • Lead qualification: Screen and score inbound enquiries automatically.

Start from a problem

The specific jobs we build.

Each of these is a module you can buy on its own. Every page says how it works and what it depends on, including the ones that need a look at your phone line or booking system first.

How it runs

From first call to something live.

  • 01

    A call about what's leaking

We go through how customers find you and what happens when they get in touch. You leave knowing what we'd fix first, whether or not you go ahead.

  • 02

    A written scope

What we'll build, what it depends on, and which parts need a discovery step before they can be quoted. You sign off before any work starts.

  • 03

    Build and switch on

We build, test and go live. Anything that sends in your name is shown to you and approved before it's switched on.

  • 04

Keep it running, if you want

An optional monthly retainer to host, monitor and keep improving what's live. The site and any custom code are yours either way.

Before you book

Questions, answered straight.

Before you book

  • Is everything on this page ready to build today?

Most of it, not all. Some services depend on a system we have to look at first, such as your phone line for missed-call text-back or your booking software for appointment reminders. Those start with a discovery step, and we tell you which is which before you commit to anything.

  • What don't you do?

We don't run paid ads, we don't build native mobile apps, and we don't buy links. We also never act inside your accounts, such as your Google Business Profile or your mailbox, without your written go-ahead.

  • Can you work on a website someone else built?

Yes. Search, tracking, Google Business Profile work and automation can be added to a site you already have. If the site itself is what's holding things back, we'll say so, but a rebuild isn't a condition of working with us.

  • How long does it take?

There are two clocks. The build itself is often quick. The waiting is usually on access: logins, an API key from your software supplier, and your sign-off on anything that goes out in your name. We give you both timelines separately, so you know which part is yours.
