Work

Selected builds, ordered by engineering depth.

Five systems we've built: our own products, client builds for DA Electrical London, and the pipeline behind our own growth engine. Every figure on these pages is recorded in the build's own files; nothing is estimated.

Selected builds overview: RoomEdit, the mailbox-to-jobs AI tracker, production AI templates, the automated SEO system and the lead sourcing pipeline, each with a one-line description.
  • RoomEdit before and after: a kitchen photo with a wooden worktop, and the masked edit replacing it with a pale stone worktop while the cabinets, appliances, lighting and camera angle stay unchanged.

    Logica product, built in-house

RoomEdit — AI home photo editor

One photo in, a photoreal renovation preview out. Mask editing and full-room restyle, with Gemini server-side only.

    Status: private beta, waitlist live

  • The job board on sample data: a company card showing days quiet, open jobs and a needs-review count, above job rows with their stage and value, one flagged as a new enquiry needing review.

Client build — DA Electrical London

    Mailbox-to-jobs AI tracker

Claude reads shared inboxes and files enquiries, jobs and tenders onto a board. Anything uncertain goes to a human.

Status: built and tested; in rollout

  • Document validation demo on sample data: an invoice beside the fields a model extracted from it, with the rule engine failing a total-mismatch check.

    Logica products

    Production AI templates

A RAG support bot, an approval-gated workflow backend and document validation, on one shared core. 576 tests.

Status: tested engines with an interactive offline demo

  • Recorded results for the SEO system: mobile PageSpeed 100/100/100, 0 JSON-LD errors, 3,286 impressions, 6 posts deployed, 10 Google reviews at 5.0 in schema, and 31 keywords rank-tracked.

Client build — DA Electrical London

    Automated SEO system

Content engine, review schema and rank tracking for a London electrical contractor. Mobile PageSpeed 100/100/100.

    Status: live

  • The lead pipeline in eight steps: sourcing, dedupe, enrichment, verification, suppression and PECR, sender registry, send and ledger, and a coherence audit.

Logica's own growth engine plus outreach engines run for a client

Lead sourcing and compliant outbound pipeline

Maps, Companies House and job-ad sourcing with verification and fail-closed, PECR-aware sending.

Status: live for the client; Logica's engine in dry-run
