How long does a quote take you now?

Count it for a week: the time from an enquiry landing to the quote going out, and how many were priced after hours. If most quotes are simple repeat work on known rates, a draft that's right first time most days saves the evenings. If every job needs a site visit and a long think, the saving is in the paperwork after the visit, not the pricing itself.

Can AI price a job on its own?

Not safely, and we don't build it to. The price comes from your rates, your materials list and rules you set, and a draft always goes to you first. Where the enquiry doesn't give enough to price, the draft says so and suggests the question to ask. We also don't do takeoff from drawings for large tenders; that is specialist estimating software's job.

Does it work with QuickBooks, Xero or my job app?

QuickBooks and Xero both let approved software create estimates and quotes, so the quote you approve can be created there directly and converted to an invoice when the job's done. Job apps such as ServiceM8 and Jobber have their own quote records we can write to. Once a quote is out, quote follow-up can chase it until the customer replies.
